Welcome to MyPosterGallery. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrintAloud, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you understand and accept these terms when you browse our website, create an order, upload content, or purchase a product from us.

2. Using Our Website

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our website and place orders. By using PrintAloud, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including:

• Placing fraudulent or unauthorized orders
• Misusing discount codes or promotional offers
• Providing false information
• Submitting fraudulent return, replacement, or damage claims
• Uploading content that you do not have permission to use
• Attempting to interfere with or misuse our website or services

3. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on PrintAloud, including designs, graphics, images, text, logos, website elements, and other creative materials, belongs to PrintAloud or its respective content owners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Limited Use

You may use content from our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Fan Art & Third-Party References

Certain designs may be inspired by popular culture, entertainment, trends, or other publicly recognizable themes. Unless specifically stated otherwise, such designs are not represented as official or licensed merchandise.

4. Custom & Personalised Products

Image & File Requirements

When uploading an image or file for a custom product, please make sure it meets our recommended quality and resolution requirements.

If your uploaded file is unsuitable for printing, we may contact you before processing the order.

Your Content & Permissions

By uploading an image, design, photograph, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the necessary permission to use it.
• You have the right to have the content printed on a physical product.
• Your content does not knowingly violate the rights of another person or organization.

PrintAloud is not responsible for copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from content uploaded by customers.

Custom Orders

Because customised and personalised products are created specifically for you, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has started, except where required under applicable law or where PrintAloud determines that a replacement or refund is appropriate under our policies.

5. Orders & Payments

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. COD orders are processed after the order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Pricing

All prices displayed on PrintAloud are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods

Prepaid orders can be paid using the payment methods available at checkout, which may include:

• UPI
• Credit & Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Cash on Delivery

COD is available only for eligible and serviceable pin codes.

A ₹49 COD handling fee may apply to COD orders and will be displayed at checkout before you place the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

International shipping may be available on request. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applicable to international shipments are the customer's responsibility.

Processing Time

Orders are generally printed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery

Typical delivery timelines after dispatch are:

• Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2, Tier 3 & remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Mypostergallery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics partners.

Incorrect Address

Please carefully check your shipping information before placing your order.

Mypostergallery is not responsible for failed deliveries, returns, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If an order needs to be shipped again because of an incorrect address, applicable re-shipping charges may be payable by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy

Custom & Personalised Orders

Customised or personalised products — including custom posters, split poster sets, personalised photo prints, and similar products — cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Standard Products

Cancellation requests for non-customised products may be accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Our Policy

We generally do not accept returns for products that have been correctly manufactured and delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement.

Examples include:

• Damaged product received
• Defective printing or manufacturing
• Incorrect product received
• Wrong design or item shipped

The following generally do not qualify for replacement:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect customization details provided by the customer
• Minor differences between screen colours and printed colours
• Personal preference or dissatisfaction where the product matches the order

Unboxing Video

For damage or incorrect-product claims, you may be required to provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package from the beginning of the opening process.

Claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

The video helps us verify the condition of the package and product when received.

Resolution

After reviewing the claim, Mypostergallery may provide a replacement where applicable.

If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued in accordance with our applicable Refund & Return Policy.

Consumables & Accessories

Products such as adhesive dots, Glue Dots, sticker packs, and other consumable accessories are generally non-returnable once delivered, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

9. Free Gifts & Promotional Offers

Free gifts and promotional items, including bookmarks, mystery posters, Glue Dots, or other promotional products, are subject to availability.

Mypostergallery may replace a promotional item with another item of equal or greater value where necessary.

Free gifts:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be returned separately
• Cannot be refunded separately

Promotional offers, discount codes, and cart-based free-gift thresholds may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mypostergallery will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Where liability is legally established, our maximum liability will generally be limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, policies, or applicable requirements.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

By continuing to use Mypostergallery after changes are published, you agree to the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
